YES! We ship globally. If your region isn’t already on our site, drop us a line below and we’ll add it in for you!
We aim for all our boxes to be sent within two weeks of ordering; so far we’ve kept to this for the vast majority of our orders but, due to Covid, there may be a rare occurrence when your order is slightly delayed. If this is ever the case we will update you throughout the process.
All our boxes are made bespoke to you. We tend to begin sourcing as soon as an order is placed but if you message us within 1-2 days we’ll do what we can to accommodate any changes.
YES! The more detail, the better (no matter how niche you go). We want our customers to be as specific as possible to ensure that you’re not disappointed and we can nail your box to suit your stylistic desires. Feel free to upload images of inspirational fits that we can draw ideas from.
For the most part, we are a small, sustainable business, meaning that we don’t do returns for environmental and financial reasons. Having said that, we understand that vintage clothing doesn’t always fit as it should, so we’re happy to exchange any clothes for size-related reasons so just drop us an email, dm or text message and we’ll sort you out. We currently have less than a 1% return rate showing that, more often that not, we nail your box.
Though many people view vintage as old and dusty fashion, our rigorous sourcing and quality checking processes ensure that aside from light colour fading or general wear our items are in fantastic condition. Our boxes mainly include 90s and early 00s skate and street wear, hence the vintage label, with many items being deadstock or one of a kind due to their age.
Yeah of course. We’re lucky enough to have catered for a huge variety of different sizes, heights and ages, so we’d like to think we’re inclusive for one and all. There’s no customer that we can’t serve but if you have any questions or queries, feel free to get in touch!
In our eyes, giving vintage clothing a new lease of life is the most sustainable way to approach modern fashion. Though we're still a small business, we do as much as we can along our supply chain to ensure we are as eco as possible. We use Mule’s 100% carbon neutral postage, Hermes’ parcel drop-off service and bicycle deliver all West London orders. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, including our wrapping paper and stickers but our biggest claim is championing vintage clothing as a whole and raising awareness to the beauty and quality of pre-loved fashion.
